For last weekend’s Boston Globe Magazine, I photographed five spring recipes from Adam Ried: Roman-style Braised Artichokes, Quinoa with Fava Beans, Radishes and Feta, Roasted Spring Onions with Mustard Breadcrumbs, Asparagus and Eggs with Herbed Mayonnaise, and Beets with Rhubarb and Orange.
