Beautiful! Working in fisheries in Gloucester, I’m always so drawn to beautifully-captured whole fish photos like this. Something so satisfying about cooking and photographing whole fish – this inspires me to cook whole fish more often!

Great to see Tanya at work! This woman is an awe inspiring and very unique artist!
I agree with allowing time for experimentation! i am a travel photographer , sometimes you have to capture a moment on a whim and as such cannot be experimental at the time! So i have learnt that any time dedicated to trying new things beforehand allows you a certain flexibility not usually found in the field! I also look forward to seeing more of your photography and videos Kristin, great work!

Hi Eric – yes, that is the Rack of Lamb surrounded by beets and filled with cranberries. You are also right about the cheese and onion pie in the red bowl.

I can’t tell what the entree is on the right, the one with the seven bones sticking up, filled with what looks like cranberries and surrounded by beets. Is that the Rack of Lamb?

Also, what is the soup in the red bowl? It looks like either the cheese and onion pie or the cream of mushroom and snail soup, but I honestly can’t tell.
