Kristin Teig blends a background in painting and a love for celebrating food and culture into her photographs, documenting stories in over a dozen countries. She has worked on numerous cookbooks, including ones with Hooni Kim, Ana Sortun & Maura Fitzpatrick, Joanne Chang, Kristen Kish, Roxanna Jullapat, Margarita Manzke and Giada De Laurentiis. Originally from San Diego, she began photographing food in Boston, currently splitting her time working between Los Angeles and the east coast for editorial and commercial clients.
