IN DETAIL Company: The Radically Casual Art of Cooking for Others by Amy Thielen, features a year of recipes and twenty menus for entertaining. For this cookbook I experienced Minnesota in the height of summer as well as (20 below!) winter, documenting lake parties, grilling, foraging, and baking.
